What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 3:00 pm, and check-out is by 11:00 am. Late checkout may be available (there may be an additional charge).


How far is the hotel from the airport?

Quality Inn Historic is approximately 53 miles from Jacksonville International Airport, and just 4.6 miles from the St Augustine/St. Johns County airport.


How do I get to the hotel from Interstate 95?

Driving from the North, take Exit 318, turn left onto State Road 16 then turn right onto US Highway 1. The hotel is on the right hand side, approximately 4 minutes down US Highway 1. Driving from the South, take Exit 311, turn right onto State Road 207 then turn left onto US Highway 1. The hotel is on the left had side, approximately 5 minutes up US Highway 1.


Is the hotel close to major attractions?

Quality Inn Historic is within walking distance to many of the attractions in St. Augustine, including Old Town and the Castillo de San Marcos.


What options are there for getting around town to see the attractions?

Quality Inn Historic is just a short walk or drive to many of St. Augustine’s attractions. Guests may also choose to take advantage of the train or trolley sightseeing tour options. Tickets for these tours are valid for three days and offer riders a narrated tour of the city plus unlimited stops at over 20 points of interest. Stop for lunch, visit a museum, take a relaxing stroll along St George Street – and just re-board the next train or trolley at your convenience. Both tours offer a complimentary shuttle bus pick-up from Quality Inn Historic to the train or trolley depots.


What are my dining options?

What does the complimentary breakfast include?

Quality Inn Historic’s complimentary breakfast usually has something to satisfy every palate. For a lighter fare, a selection of bagels, breads, Danishes, English muffins, preserves and spreads, cereals and oatmeal, juices, coffee and tea. Guests can also choose from hot items including make-your-own waffles.


May I bring my pet?

Pets weighing less than 35 pounds are welcome at Quality Inn Historic’s pet friendly wing. The pet fee is $15.00 per night per pet for the first pet, with an additional charge of $5.00 per night for any additional pets.


Are non-smoking or ADA-compliant rooms available?

Yes, Quality Inn Historic offers non-smoking and ADA-compliant rooms, including rooms with roll-in showers.


Do rooms have refrigerators or microwaves?

Some rooms at Quality Inn Historic have refrigerators and microwaves. If you desire a room with refrigerator and microwave, please specify when you make your reservation. All rooms have coffee makers.


What are the parking arrangements?

Quality Inn Historic offers ample free parking with plenty of room for cars, buses, trucks, and trailers.


Does the hotel have laundry facilities?

Self-service laundry facilities are available at the Quality Inn History. The front desk team can also arrange dry cleaning for you at an additional cost.


What payment methods are accepted?

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Carte Blanche, Encore, JCB, and traveler’s checks at accepted at the Quality Inn Historic. If you prefer to pay cash at check-in, this is accepted with either a $50.00 deposit refundable on check-out, or a credit card for incidentals. Please note that if you choose to use a debit card to guarantee your room at check-in, this is a pre-authorized transaction and your bank may choose to place a temporary hold on the funds for up to 15 days from that date, in addition to the room costs and tax actually charged on your day of check-out. In light of this some guests choose to pay cash or use an alternative credit rather debit card.


Where can I keep my valuables such as passports, traveler’s checks and personal items?

In-room safes are available in all standard guest rooms and family suites at the Quality Inn Historic.

Yes, free wireless internet access is available in all guest rooms at the Quality Inn Historic. Free internet is also available on guest-use computers in the lobby area as well as access to printing facilities.

Yes the Quality Inn Historic does offer weekly and monthly rates that may vary with season and total length of stay. Let us know your arrival date and length of stay and we will work with you to determine the best solution for your needs.
